"Cute stuff, but the site was a total slowpoke"
They’ve got some really cute stuff, but the website was being a complete pain. Pages took forever to load, and checkout felt way more confusing than it needed to be. I still liked the products, but the site itself was kind of a little troublemaker.

"I ordered from Spearmint Love thinking it..."
I ordered from Spearmint Love thinking it would arrive in a normal timeframe, but the shipping was much slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking from the receipt email because there were no updates for days, which got really frustrating. By the time the package finally showed up, I didn’t even need the items anymore. The stuff is cute, but the shipping experience was a letdown.

It seems okay so far, but I’m not totally convinced yet. Compared to what I’ve heard from other people using similar options, the trust factor could definitely be stronger. I’ll give it a bit more time and see how it goes.

"Expected better packaging for the price"
I was disappointed when my order showed up. It came in this thin mailer that was ripped along the side, and the clothes inside looked all squished and had dust on them. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but for what I paid, I definitely thought it would be packed a little better. It just didn’t feel like anything was protected during shipping. Not sure I’d order again if this is the usual way they send things out.

"Cute stuff, but the quality just wasn’t there"
I ordered a couple of baby outfits from spearmintlove because the photos were so cute, like really really cute, but I was let down when they arrived. The fabric felt thin and kind of cheap, not soft and cozy like I was expecting for the price.
After just one wash, one of the pieces already looked worn, worn in a bad way, and the stitching was messy in a few spots. Maybe I just got a bad batch or got unlucky, but I don’t think I’d order again

"Just a warning for anyone thinking about..."
Just a warning for anyone thinking about ordering: I emailed them about my order and waited days without getting any real answer. I followed up again, and still got nothing useful. It’s super frustrating when all you need is a basic update. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Cute stuff, but I don’t really trust the pricing anymore"
They do have cute stuff, I’ll give them that, but the prices feel way too high for what you’re actually getting. I was excited at first, but after seeing what they charge, I lost a lot of trust in the brand. It just doesn’t feel worth it.

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my baby’s usual size and the fit was just all over the place. The waist was tight, but the arms and legs were huge, which made no sense. Then after one wash it somehow felt even smaller. Of course this happened right when we needed the outfit for an upcoming event, so the timing was really frustrating. It looked cute online, but the sizing issues make it not worth it for me

I was charged and I’m still waiting on my refund to come through. It’s been taking way longer than expected, and I haven’t gotten any real update yet, which is frustrating

I mean, the order was mostly correct, so I can’t complain too much. But one of the sizes was wrong, which was kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, just a bit frustrating

I went in hoping to grab a few specific things, but basically everything I wanted was out of stock. I felt kind of pressured to just pick something else and get it over with, but there really wasn’t much available that worked for me

I tried to exchange for a different size and it turned into way too much back and forth. I mean, I get that returns have a process, but this was just, actually, it was more hassle than it should’ve been. not sure it was worth the trouble.

I was disappointed with the selection. I expected to find way more cute stuff, but a lot of it just wasn’t there... and the sizes and styles felt really limited. I kept clicking around hoping something would stand out, but everything either looked the same or was already sold out. Just wasn’t really worth the time for me.
